Abstract
Метод білкового блотингу активно використовується в молекулярно-біологічних дослідженнях для аналізу взаємодій типу білок–ДНК і білок–білок, включаючи визначення специфічності антигенів і антитіл.
Розглянуто різні етапи блотингу – перенесення білків на мембрани, обробка блотів, створення імунних комплексів на репліках і фарбування блотів. Представлено два приклади застосування імуноблотингу для аналізу специфічності антитіл до інтерферонів людини.
