Abstract

Здійснено порівняльний аналіз даних щодо одночасної участі групи клітинних та вірусних білкових транскрипційних факторів у регуляції індукованої експресії генів інтерферонів І типу (α- і β-ІФН), а також деяких ІФН-індукованих генів, з одного боку, та регуляції репродукції ВІЛ в інфікованих клітинах, – з іншого. Виходячи з наведених даних зроблено висновок стосовно доцільності пошуку шляхів терапевтичного втручання в перебіг ВІЛ-інфекції за допомогою модуляції рівнів певних транскрипційних факторів, пов'язаних з експресією генів ІФН І типу.
