Abstract

В огляді на прикладах багатьох досліджень розглянуто проблеми регуляції експресії генів за допомогою антисенсових РНК у прокаріотах та в еукаріотичних клітинах. Знані у увагу приділене проблемі створення внутрішньоклітинної резистентності проти вірусів з використанням анти­сенсових РНК Аналізуються загальна концепція та стратегія побудови штучних систем антисенсової регуляції експресії генів у клітинах еукаріот.
