Abstract

The review summarises results of a large number of publications on the problem of gene expression regulation by antisense RNA in procaryotic and eucaryotic cells. A special attention devoted to the intracellular immunization and antiviral, resistance based on anti-sense RNA. Common principles of modelling of antisense regulation in eucaryotic. cells are discussed.
