Abstract

У роботі досліджено пермісивність та чутливість гемопоетичних клітин ембріональної печінки людини до інфікування ВІЛ-1. Показано, що інтактні клітини с високопермісивною системою для репродукції вірусу. У 23 зразках первинної популяції культивованих клітин рівень синтезу вірусних антигенів (р24) та титру інфекційного вірусу значно перевищував такі у стандартних клітинах Т4-лімфоми МТ-4. Проте у двох зразках ці показники виявилися значно нижчими. Отримані результати обговорюються з точки зору гіпотези про природну стійкість кров'яних клітин до ВІЛ-інфікування та можливості використання стовбурових клітин у дослідженнях ВІЛ-інфекції у медицині.
