Кальдесмон і кальпонін – білки тонкого філаменту гладеньких м'язів: структура та механізми функціонування

Abstract

У представленому огляді описано структуру, деякі властивості та механізми функціонування двох нещодавно відкритих білків – кальдесмону та кальпоніну. Обидва білки розташовані на актиновому філаменті, взаємодіють з тропоміозином та Ca2+ -зв'язуючими білками і здатні Ca2+ -залежним способом регулювати взаємодію міозину з актином. Регуляторна активність кальдесмону і кальпоніну може модулюватися шляхом фосфорилювання.
