Abstract

Розглянуто питания, пов'язаны зi збiльшeнням стыйкості деяких 2',5'-олігоаденілатів до дифосфодіестераз. Відомо, що її сполуки володіють виразною противірусною та антимкогенною активністю. 3 іншого боку, 2',5'-олігоаденілати в значит мiрi піддаються впливові клітинних фосфодіестераз, що знижує їx ефективність як xiмiопрeпарaтів. Для підвищення стабільності 2',5'-олігоаденілатів синтезують хімічно модифіковані аналоги. У результаті досліджень показано, що найстабільнішими аналогами є епоксипохідні 2', 5'-олігоаденілатів
