Експресія деяких генів, індукованих водним стресом, у проростках Аrabidopsis thaliana, вирощуваних за умов помірного водного дефициту

Abstract

Мета. Дослідити експресію деяких генів, індукованих водним стресом. Методи. Проростки вирощували на агаризованому середовищі при повільно знижуваному водному потенціалі. Для визначення експресії генів використано метод ПЛР у реальному часі. Результати. Виявлено помірне підвищення експресії RD29A і AtP5CS – двох АБК-залежних генів, яке не було таким значним, як в експериментах, де проростки вирощували за гострого водного дефіциту. Рівень експресії AtP5CS корелював з вмістом проліну у проростках A. thaliana. Водночас не відмічено істотного зростання експресії DREB2А, RD17 і ERD1 – трьох АБК-незалежних генів. Висновки. Характер експресії генів за умов, близьких до природних, може відрізнятися від того, що спостерігається при гострому водному стресі.
