Аналіз мітотичної сегрегації плазмагенів у соматичних гібридах Nicotiana, одержаних клонуванням гетероплазматичних продуктів злиття

Abstract

Проведено косегрегаційний аналіз наслідування цитоплазматичних маркерів у соматичних гібридів роду Nicotiana. Показано, що ознаки, які кодуються генами цитоплазми, можна віднести до двох незалежних груп зчеплення: групи пластому (пластомна хлорофілдефектність, набір рестрикційних фрагментів хлоропластної ДНК, тип поліпептидів великої субодиниці РубісКО, стійкість до тентоксину) та групи мітохондріону (ознака цитоплазматичної чоловічої стерильності та набір рестрикційних фрагментів мітохондріальної ДНК).
