Abstract

Методом графічного представлення нуклеотидних послідовностей у вигляді кривих ліній, що відображають розподіл AT- і GC-основ по довжині послідовності, виявлено характерні (S-подібні) профілі кривих, відповідні місцям кріплення ДНК до ядерного скелету еукаріотів. Вперше показано застосовність даного методу для картування ділянок зв’язування ДНК зі скелетними структурами ядра. Тим самим продемонстровано можливість виявлення функціонально однотипових негомологічних ділянок ДНК, що не є можливим за використання інших відомих комп’ютерних методів аналізу протяжних нуклеотидних послідовностей.
