Роль ядерно-цитоплазматичного співвідношення

Abstract
Порівняно розвиток окремих бластомерів двоклітинних зародків мишей і бластомерів з подвоєним об’ємом цитоплазми. Нa швидкість дроблення зменшення ядерно-цитоплазматичного співвідношення (ЯЦС) не вплинуло, але утворення бластоцілі починалося на 10 год пізніше (при більшій кількості клітин), ніж у контрольних зародків. Наведено гіпотезу, згідно з якою зміна клітинних програм морфогенезу відбувається по досягненні в клітині певної концентрації речовин – продуктів реалізації попередньої програми.
