Неелектродні біосенсори – новий напрямок у біохімічній діагностиці

Abstract
Наведено аналіз розвитку одного з найважливіших напрямків нетрадиційної біотехнології – створення нового покоління діагностичних систем на основі неелектродних сенсорних пристроїв. Розглянуто характеристики принципово різних біосенсорів (на термисторах, п’єзокристалах, напівпровідникових структурах і т. д.), що як біологічно активний матеріал включають в переважно ферменти і антитіла. Особливо виділено наявні відомості про створення, застосування і шляхи розвитку біосенсорів на напівпровідникових структурах через їхню високу чутливість і низку переваг (технологічність, простота, мініатюрність, надійність, дешевизна) перед іншими, а також враховуючи їхню придатність для децентралізованого, індивідуального скринінгу в режимі реального часу, використання у вигляді мульти- і датчиків, які можна імплантувати.
