Деякі фізико-хімічні властивості ДНК вірусу денсонуклеозу комарів

Abstract

Вивчено деякі фізико-хімічні властивості ДНК ВДК: взаємодія з формальдегідом, температура плавлення, плавуча щільність у хлористому цезії, коефіцієнт седиментації. Показано, що за низкою властивостей ДНК ВДК близька до представників роду парвовірусів.
