Abstract

Розвинуто формальний підхід до аналізу релаксації ядер 13С у білках. Внутрішньомолекулярний рух протонованих вуглеводів описується узагальненими мікродинамічними параметрами: фактором анізотропії (мірою просторової обмеженості) і розподілом часів кореляції. Обговорюється зв’язок формальних параметрів з параметрами деяких моделей руху.
