Отримання та властивості фотоактивного імунокон’югату гематопорфірину з антитілами до фактора росту ендотеліальних клітин

Abstract

Описано метод отримання фотоімунокон’югатів на основі гематопорфірину та антитіл, специфічних до фактора росту ендотеліальних клітин (VEGF). Одержаний кон’югат зберігає фізико-хімічні та біологічні властивості як білкового компонента кон’югату, так і порфіринової складової – гематопорфірину. Показано, что накопичення фотоімунокон’югату з антитілами до VEGF у мембранах курячих ембіронів виявилося в 2,5 разу вищим у період неоваскуляризації, яка розвивається, порівняно з періодом стабілізації.
