Abstract

Розроблено експериментальну модель міозин-індукованого аутоімунного пошкодження міокарда мишей лінії BALB/c, подібного до дилатаційної кардіоміопатії (ДКМП) людини. Показано, що лише міозин, отриманий з ураженого ДКМП міокарда, викликає у піддослідних тварин пошкод­ ження міокарда, характерні для ДКМП, а саме: потоншення лівого шлуночка серця, міоцитоліз та кардіосклероз, зниження АТФ-ної активності, достовірне зростання рівня специфічних аутоантитіл до власного кардіоміозину
