Abstract

Процес виникнення пухлин пов'язаний з накопиченням різних генетичних та епігенетичних змін. В огляді підсумовано відомі дані щодо молекулярних маркерів пухлин яєчників, отримані завдяки розвитку сучасних технологій, та про­ аналізовано роль епігенетичних маркерів у ранній діагностиці раку. Особливості функціонування сигнальних шляхів розгля­нуто в контексті пошуку вірогідних онкомаркерів. Відмічено значення комплексної оцінки молекулярних змін для коректно­ го діагнозу і прогнозування розвитку раку яєчників
