Регуляція мінливості геному соматичних клітин ссавців під впливом екзогенних біологічних чинників

Abstract

Проаналізовано результати досліджень, які демонструють, що біологічні чинники довкілля здатні індукувати мутації, здійснюючи при цьому регуляторно-інформаційний вплив на клітинні системи підтримання генетичної стабільності: реплікацію, рекомбінацію, репарацію. Серед біологічних факторів, що дестабілізують клітинний геном, особливо виокремлюються мобільні генетичні елементи та онкогенні віруси, які спричиняють злоякісну трансформацію клітин. Висловле­но припущення стосовно того, що зміна програм генної експресії при диференціюванні стовбурових клітин у спе­ціалізовані супроводжується запуском процесів мутаційної і рекомбінаційної мінливості
