Біосенсори на основі іоноселективних польових транзисторів: теорія, технологія, практика

Abstract
Розглядаються основні теоретичні принципи, які лежать в основі роботи іоноселективних польових транзисторів та їхнє застосування в біоаналітичній практиці. Наведено деякі особливості найрозвиненіших мікротехнологій для їхнього виготовлення і схеми вимірів з необхідним апаратним забезпеченням. Детально описано досягнення в галузі розробки ферментних біосенсорів на основі іоноселективних польових транзисторів та оцінено перспективи їхнього використання.
