Abstract

Проаналізовано первинну та вторинну структури капсидних білків 23 карлавірусів рослин. У результаті аналізу первинної структури методом множинного вирівнювання виділено сім мотивів, три з яких є специфічними для капсидних білків карлавірусів. Аналіз вторинної структури цих білків на основі множинного порівняння виявив високий ступінь консерватив­ності цієї структури у коровій і С-кінцевій областях, та її значну варіабельність в N-кінцевій області. Запропоновано загальну схему вторинної структури, яка характерна для капсидних білків карлавірусів рослин.
