Ендогенні ALV-родинні ретровіруси в ДНК курей лінії СВ

Abstract
За допомогою полімеразної ланцюгової реакції та методу
поліморфізму довжини рестрикційних фрагментів охарактеризовано ALV-родинні ретровіруси (родина ev) у ДНК інбредної
лінії курей СВ (В12/В12), стійкої до RSV-індукованого онкогенезу. Знайдені провіруси (ev-1, ev-7, ev-10) можуть відповідати за продукування інфекційних і неінфекційних віріонів. Встановлено, що провіруси інтегровані переважно в GC-багаті ділянки
геному (51–62 % GC).
