Abstract

В огляді висвітлено ключові молекулярно-генетичні події, які спричинюють формування астроцитарних гліом II–IV ступе­ня злоякісності. Узагальнено дані стосовно ролі окремих генетичних елементів у неопластичній трансформації астро­цитів. Простежено молекулярні механізми виникнення de novo і розвитку вторинних форм астроцитарних пухлин. Надано порівняльну молекулярно-біологічну характеристику канцеро­генезу астроцитарних гліом різного ступеня злоякісності, визначено загальні і специфічні елементи, які зумовлюють злоякісну прогресію цих пухлин.
