Abstract

Клоновано ген пектатліази реІХ K. oxytoca VN13 та визначено його нуклеотидну послідовність. Проведено порівняльний аналіз гомології кодованого ним поліпептиду з відповідними білками інших бактерій. Визначено потенційну промоторну ділянку нуклеотидної послідовності. На­ явність двох операторів для KdgR-репресора в межах промоторної області свідчить про індуцибельність згаданого оперону. Показано наявність сигнальної послідовності на N-кінці первинного транслянта даного ферменту.
