Abstract
Поверхневі фібриногензв'язуючі білки забезпечують адгезію бактерій до тканин організму хазяїна
і є важливими факторами ініціювання та розвитку стафілококових інфекцій. Крім пластівцевоутворюючого фактора, фібриногензв'язуючою активністю володіють фібронектинзв'язуючий
білок, фібриногензв'язуючий білок та аналог білків МНС II класу. В даному огляді розглянуто
структуру, особливості взаємодії з фібриногеном та біологічні властивості поверхневих фібриногензв'язуючих білків Staphylococcus aureus, які мають значення для розшифрування патогенезу
стафілококової інфекції.
