Abstract

В огляді розглянуто основні електрохімічні принципи, які лежать в основі застосування амперометричного методу визначення в біоаналітичній практиці, представлено можливі варіанти підключення електродів. Амперометричні біосенсори класифіковано на три групи (безмедіаторні, медіаторні та на основі прямого переносу електронів), які докладно описано, наведено їхні приклади та вказано на переваги та недоліки.
