Abstract
Baculoviridae — родина різнорідних патогенних вірусів, шр інфікують комах і характеризуються
складним реплікаційним циклом, який завершується включенням віріонів у кристалічний білковий
матрикс. Бакуловірусні гени експресуються за типом транскрипційного каскаду, в якому кожний
наступний етап залежить від експресії генів на попередньому етапі. Даний огляд узагальнює
сучасні уявлення як про згаданий унікальний механізм генної експреси, так і про механізми
бакуловірусної реплікації, пов'язаної з ним. Описуються нуклеотидні послідовності та гени, що
беруть участь у цих процесах.
