Abstract
В огляді розглянуто основні принципи одержання хітину і його
похідних з різної сировини. Основну увагу приділено проблемі вилучення хітин- і хітозанвмісних комплексів з міцеліальних грибів. Наведено дані з дослідження хімічного складу і фізико-
хімічних властивостей вихідної міцеліальної сировини і отриманих комплексів. Проаналізовано сорбційні властивості комплексів і основні напрямки їхнього використання в різних галузях народного господарства
