Властивості високомолекулярної АТР-залежної протеїнази з еритроїдних клітин поросят

Abstract

Представлено результати досліджень властивостей высокомолекулярно! АТР-залежної протеїна­зи, виділеної з еритроїдних клітин крові поросят раннього віку. Молекулярна маса протеїнази становить 700±50 кДа, найвища активність виявляється при рН 8,5. Активність ферменту знижується під впливом інгібіторів серинових і цистеїнових протеїназ та підвищується за присутності додецилсульфату натрію і лінолевої кислоти. Активність протеїнази досягає високого рівня в проліферуючих еритробластах кісткового мозку та зменшується при дозріванні еритроїдних клітин. В еритроїдних клітинах новонароджених і 30-добових поросят активність протеїнази є вищою, ніж у клітинах 5–10-добових тварин. Обговорюється роль високомолекулярної АТР-залежної протеїнази у функціональній активності еритроїдних клітин.
