Очищення препаратів фактора переносу імунної сенсибілізації до антигенів стафілокока

Abstract

У роботі представлено дані щодо методики одержання, очищення та фракціонування препаратів фактора переносу імунної сенсибілізації людського та тваринного походження. Виявлено по­дібність молекулярних мас та хроматографічних профілів елюції імуноактивних субстанцій всіх препаратів. За допомогою електрофорезу в поліакриламідному гелі показано, що ці субстанції містяться у фракціях з молекулярною масою до 14 кДа.
