Abstract
Пластівцевоутворюючий фактор – один із компонентів клітинної стінки Staphylococcus aureus –
глікопротеїн, молекулярна маса якого складає 92 кДа. Фактор обумовлює плазмоаглютинацію,
відіграє важливу роль в адгезії мікробних клітин до клітин організму, перешкоджає ефективному
фагоцитозу бактерій, може викликати агрегацію тромбоцитів. Очищений фактор у суміші з
ад'ювантом Фрейнда, а також у складі мікробної клітини призводить до появи специфічних
антитіл в імунізованих тварин, здатний активувати комплемент in vitro.
