Abstract
Зроблено огляд літературних та отриманих авторам даних
відносно можливої ролі комплексу регуляторних білків міофібрили кардіоміоциту (тропоміозину та тропонінів) при
розвитку серцевих патологій. Розглянуто значення тропоміозину та тропонінів у патогенезі дилятаційної кардіоміопатн.
