Вплив діелектричного тертя на характер температурної залежності швидкості біокаталітичних реакцій

Abstract

У рамках моделі континуального діелектричного середовища одержано явну залежність ко­ефіцієнта діелектричного тертя від частоти трансляційних коливань диполя, моделюючого активований фермент-субстратний комплекс, і температури. З'ясовано, що за певних умов стає можливою резонансна дисипація енергії диполя за рахунок діелектричного тертя. Це, в свою чергу, може призвести до аномальної (неарреніусівської) температурної залежності константи швид­кості біокаталітичних реакцій. Результати оцінних розрахунків якісно узгоджуються з експери­ментом.
