Abstract

Вивчено нуклеофільне розщеґиіання O₂, 2'-циклозв' язку у піриміднових нуклеозидах з участю галогенводнів in situ при гідролізі галогенпохідних трьохвалентного фосфору та квазіфосфонієвих солей. Показано, що швидкість основної реакції визначається легкістю гідролізу цих вихідних сполук і залежить насамперед від їх нуклеофільних властивостей.
