Abstract

Ретровірусні вектори успішно використовують для перенесення клонованих генів у пташиний геном шляхом інфікування ембріонів. Ефективність такого перенесення становить 0,01–0,2 % для ембріонів і 2–8 % для дорослих тварин. Розглядаються способи підвишення ефективності експресії трансгена за раху­ нок підсилення тканиноспецифічної транскрипції та включення тканиноспецифічних промоторів до складу ретровірусного вектора, а також транспортування гена у специфічні клітини-мішені за допомогою псевдотипованого вектора
