Фізико-хімічні властивості просом листя дурману (Datura stramonium L.),
уражених Х-вірусом картоплі

Abstract
Ізольовано низькомолекулярні РНП, абопросоми, з коефіцієнтом седиментаціїї 9 і 10 S, які виявляються тільки у вільних цитоплазматичних мРНП і відсутні в мРНП полісом. Молекулярна
маса просом 19 S дорівнює 700–800, просом 10 S – 400 кДа. Значення плавучої густини виділених
структур у преформованому градієнті концентрації Cs2SO4 у DMSO відповідає 1,31 гсм3. Визначено білковий склад просом із здорових і інфікованих Х-вірусом картоплі рослин. Із препарату
просом виділено низькомолекулярну 4 S РНК.
