Характеристика підколінного і пахвинного лімфатичних вузлів після денервації кінцівки щура

Abstract

В експериментах було використано 154 нелінійних білих щури масою 120–200 г. Операцію з невротомії сідничого нерва здійснювали на рівні верхньої третини стегна правої кінцівки. Всі операції проводили під тіопенталовим наркозом. У процесі регенерації сідничого нерва реакція лімфатичної системи проявляється у комплексі морфофункціональних змін. У ранні строки визначено гіпоплазію лімфоїдної тканини за рахунок підвищеної концентрації інгібіторів лімфоцитопоезу– кортикостероїдних гормонів. Реакція деаферентованого підколінного лімфатичного вузла в ранні строки (1–3-я доба) характеризується збільшенням розмірів вузла за рахунок поширеної інфільтрації еритроцитами і деструктивно зміненими нейтрофілами. На 5-ту та 10-ту добу досліду спостерігалися відновлювальні процеси в складі паренхіми вузла. Інтенсивний розвиток імунної реакції відбувається на 10-ту добу після денервації. У більш пізні строки (21-ша доба) помічено збільшення кількості тканинних базофілів та зменшення чисельності лімфоїдних вузликів у кірковій речовині, що може свідчити про початкові процеси реінерваціїта послаблення імунної відповіді на денервацію кінцівки. Після невротомії у паренхімі пахвинних лімфатичних вузлів помічено зростання чисельності лімфоїдних вузликів зі світлим центром, потовщення капсули і підвищення кількості клітин плазмоцитарного ряду. Такі морфологічні зміни характерні для регіонарних лімфатичних вузлів після їх антигенної стимуляції. Це є підтвердженням проходження аутоімунної реакції на пошкодження периферійного нерва
