Abstract

Проаналізовано топологічні властивості гіперповерхні потенціальної енергії канонічних нуклеотидних основ, розрахованої напівемпіринним квантовохімічним методом AM 1, та зумовлені ними біофізичні наслідки – кооперативність, синергизм та адаптивність елементарних актів молекулярного розпізнавання за участю нуклеїнових кислот.
