активації дихального ланцюга фагоцитів

Abstract
У стислому огляді розглянуто дані про роль білок-вуглеводних взаемодії в активації дихального вибуху фагоцитов. Відмічено, що единим глікоозильованим компонентом дихального ланцюга фагоцитов, розміщеним з зовнішного боку плазматичної мембрани, є β-субодиниця цитохрому b–245 (gp91-phox). Активащя дихального ланцюга, що
виявляеться по генерації супероксидного аніон-радикала чи перекису водню, відбувається під дією ряду розчинних рослинних лектинів та при взаемодії фагоцитів з клітинами-мішенями за посередництвом єндогенних лектинів. Робиться припущення
про те, що суттевим для прояву активності лектинів є їx близьюсть до функцюнально важливих гліколігандів на поверхні клітин.
