Abstract

Дано критичний аналіз методів визначення розмірів репліконов на радіоавтографах молекул ДНК. Показано неспроможність концепції «кластерів дрібних (30–50 мкм) репліконів». Обгрунтовано існування великих (100–200 мкм і довших) репліконов. Запропоновано модель організації реплікації хромосом вищих організмів
