Abstract

Різними методами електрофорезу, блотингу і гібридизації полі (А)-вмісної пре-мРНК з чотирма різними ДНК-зондами показано існування в еритроїдних клітинах кісткового мозку кроля α- і β1-глобінспецифічних транскриптів дискретної довжини, яка у багато разів перевищує розміри відповідних генів від сайта кепування до сайта поліаденілювання. Отриманий фактичний матеріал дозволяє припустити неоднозначність кордонів транскрипції генів еукаріотів.
