Abstract
Intramolecular movement of electrophoretically homogeneous fractions of hemoglobins in two reptiles species: Testudo horesficldi and Natrix tesselata has been studied by NMR-relaxation. Species differences of these hemoglobins and the connection of intramolecular movement with affinity to oxygen of hemoglobins fractions has been determined.
