Abstract

Відновлений та карбоксиметильований поліедрин розщепляли трипсином. Із триптичного гідролізату методом гель-фільтрування, високовольтового електрофорезу і хроматографії на папері виділено 48; пептидів. Визначено їх побудову або амінокислотний склад. 30 пептидів з унікальними амінокислотними послідовностями нараховують 246 залишків амінокислот. Обговорюються особливості взаємодії протеази поліедрів ВЯП М. neustria з поліедрином.
