Abstract

Електрофорезом у поліакриламідному гелі показано, що поліедрин ВЯП лугового метелика (ЛM) мае молекулярну масу 30 000. Встановлено, що поліедри ВЯП ЛM включають лужну протеазу і РНК. Визначено амінокислотний склад поліедрина, який містить на N-кінці залишок ацильованого метіоніна і на С-кінці – тирозина. Побудовано пептидну карту поліедрина.
