Abstract

Методом ізоелектрофокусування у градієнті рН 6:8 вивчена мікрогетерогенність гемоглобіну коропа та товстолоба. Виявлені видові розбіжності гемоглобіну в характері ізоелектричних спектрів та в амінокислотному складі двох електрофоретично гомогенних фракцій. Визначені показники спорідненості фракцій гемоглобіну з киснем.
