Особливості регуляції експресії генів кластеру rplKAJL

Abstract

Огляд містить розділи, присвячені еволюційному аспекту структурно-функціональної організації кластера генів rplKAJL, структурно-функціональній характеристиці регуляторних рибосомних білків L1 і L10, структурі лідерної ділянки мРНК L10?L12, що містить сайт взаємодії з регуляторним білком. Розглянуто також особливості регуляції експресії генів rplKAJL на рівні трансляції та можливий механізм, що забезпечує надлишковий синтез білка L7/L12 in vivo. Наведено дані про особливості конструювання рекомбінантних ДНК, що містять гени rplKAJL, пов’язані з підвищенням дози цих генів у клітині.
