Структурна організація субфрагмента 1 
міозину скелетних м'язів

Abstract
Досліджено нативні температурозалежні перебудови субфрагмента 1 (C1) міозину скелетних м’язів, процес його плавлення і особливості трипсинолізу за різних температур. Методами спектрофлуориметрії і світлорозсіювання показано, що важкий ланцюг C1 складається, принаймні, з трьох структурних одиниць. На підставі отриманих експериментальних результатів з урахуванням даних літератури запропоновано модель тривимірної організації C1.
