Abstract

Відновлений і карбоксиметильований гранулін вірусу гранульозу А. segetum розщеплювали трипсином. За допомогою гель-фільтрування, іонообмінної хроматографії, високовольтного електрофорезу і хроматографії на папері виділено 22 пептиди і встановлено їхню повну або часткову амінокислотну послідовність. 18 пептидів з унікальною амінокислотною послідовністю налічують 13 залишків амінокислот, що становить 47 % поліпептидного ланцюга білка.
