Abstract

Досліджено спектрально-люмінесцентні характеристики карбоціанінового барвника ССуаn 40 у вільному стані та в присутності ДНК і полінуклеотидів. Барвник має високе значення молярного коефіцієнта екстинкції (5,7 ·104 М–1 см–1 ) та середній квантовий вихід (0,042). У присутності ДНК, poly(dGCtdGC) та poly(dAldT) квантовий вихід ССуan 40 зростає в 5,5; 3,8 та 1,8 разу відповідно. СCyan 40 пропонується для флуоресцентного мічення олігонуклеотидів в умовах реакції, запропонованої нами раніше.
