Генетичний аналіз варіантів ВІЛ-І в Україні

Abstract

Представлено перші результати аналізу нуклеотидних послідовностей генів вірусу імунодефіциту людини типу І (ВІЛ-І), отриманих за допомогою полімеразної ланцюгової реакції на ДНК з крові українських пацієнтів. Два з дев'яти досліджених зразків віднесено до підтипу А, інші — до підтипу В, Знайдено варіант ділянки V3 гена env ВІЛ-І; цей варіант зустрічається рідко. З двох показань щодо шляху передачі інфекції підтверджено одне.
