Низькоенергетична кооперативна поведінка біополімерів зумовлена колективними вібронними взаємодіями

Abstract

Спираючись на. результати власних досліджень стереохімічної нежорсткості канонічних нуклеотидних основ та її квантовохімічної природи, а також на літературні дані, в першу чергу, на концепцію вібронних взаємодій (Берсукер, 1987), автор доводить, що елементарними структур­ними ланками – носіями кооперативних властивостей нуклеїнових кислот (НК) с нуклеозиди – ян-теллерівські молекулярні структури, а низькоенергетична. кооперативна поведінка НК в цілому зумовлена колективними вібронними взаємодіями. Зроблено цілу низку біологічно важливих висновків. Найвагоміший серед них полягає в тому, що саме низькоенергетичні (тобто такі, енергія котрих співмірна з енергією теплових флуктуацій при фізіологічній температурі) електронно-конформаційні збудження НК, доцільно ініційовані у той чи інший спосіб (резонансний чи нерезонансний) шляхом вібронного управління – збуренням неадіабатичного змішування елек­тронних станів, відіграють чи не найважливішу роль у перебігу широкого кола біологічно важливих процесів, органічно опосередкованих високоспецифічними актами макромолекулярного розпізна­вання.
